Project Manager / Cabinets and Millwork

Job Description

We are a construction company (on site). This Project Manager position will be responsible for all detailed Millwork on our projects. This position will require travel to our job sites. Company vehicle or transportation will be provided.  This position's starting salary is between $60k to $75k.  The average compensation for our proven Project managers is $95k.  We reward Results!


PROJECT MANAGER FOR CUSTOM CABINET AND MILLWORK COMPANY
May Cabinets Inc. is looking for a self-motivated individual to run various projects from start to successful completion. Our 100,000 Sqft facility is state of the art and provides our workers with the best equipment.


Candidate will be required to have a minimum of 10 years' experience in architectural millwork or similar background in custom commercial millwork industry.


Ideal candidate should have:



  • Ability to understand and translate architectural drawings

  • Excellent communication and customer service skillset

  • Ability to problem solve while in a multi-tasking environment

  • Computer skills to generate and update required work documents

  • Manage assigned team, budget, and material needs

  • Be organized and detail oriented

  • Clean driving record


Responsibilities include:



  • Reviewing assigned project scope, budget, drawings, and schedule

  • Order required materials

  • Generate Work Orders

  • Review project and details with Shop Foreman

  • Coordinate projection, delivery, and installation schedules with team

  • Work to exceed client expectations while keep on schedule and on budget

  • Generate Change Orders as required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
