As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their automotive needs.

Responsibilities - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with their automotive parts and accessory needs - Provide product recommendations and answer any questions or concerns - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked - Perform basic automotive diagnostics to assist customers with troubleshooting - Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track inventory and sales - Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories - Excellent math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Sales management skills to upsell products and negotiate with customers - Proficiency in using CMMS software for inventory management - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis If you are passionate about the automotive industry, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
