Daily Responsibilities As An Entry Level Enrollment Representative:
Educate and qualify consumers on the fundamentals of our services, products, and packages Effectively great and enroll members to appropriate plans, based on member's needs and eligibility Seamlessly navigate difficult conversations with customers and demonstrate empathy and discretion around confidential information Meet the performance goals established for the Entry Level Enrollment Representative team in the following areas:
effectiveness, efficiency, consumer satisfaction, and conflict resolution Must attend meetings and training to remain current on all communicated changes in process and policies/guidelines Maximize use of community services, support programs, and resources available to customers Propensity to quickly build rapport and respond to customers with courteousness and with a sense of urgency Qualifications For Our Entry Level Enrollment Representative Position:
High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, i.
