Responsibilities:
- Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format - Organize and maintain data in systems or databases - Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Collect and verify data for completeness and accuracy - Generate reports and summaries based on collected data - Assist with clerical tasks as needed Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Familiarity with pivot tables and data entry functions in Excel - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Previous experience in data entry or clerical work is preferred, but not required As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for our organization.
