What you'll do As a part of Acenda's Access Center you will be an attentive, organized, customer-service driven team player that helps serve as the central point of contact for individuals, organizations, and providers accessing health and social services within our Agency.
Ensure high performance in regard to incoming program referrals, assessments, and inquiries.
The Access Center Specialist works to triage calls, effectively screen for SI/HI and schedule appointments while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Prioritizing client needs according to urgency and providing community resources to ensure people get the care they need quickly and appropriately.
Conducts self in a professional manner that positively reflects agency culture while working collaboratively with agency staff to problem solve.
